Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, located just a short 10-minute drive away from Notre Dame. This cozy and comfortable house is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends coming to South Bend.

The living area is spacious and inviting, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The adjoining dining area has ample space for your guests to enjoy a meal together.

There is one bedroom that has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a trundle single bed. Each bedroom is equipped with dressers and a closet. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and well-maintained space, and our team is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

The laundry area in located in an unfinished basement.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
