This spacious home combines comfort, convenience, and entertainment, making it ideal for game weekends, family getaways, or group gatherings.

Inside, you’ll find four bedrooms in total: a master suite with a king bed, a cozy guest room with a queen bed, a third bedroom featuring a daybed, and a basement bedroom with a queen bed behind a hidden door reminiscent of a speakeasy! The house also has 3 full bathrooms (2 on the main floor and 1 in the finished basement). The bathroom on the main floor between the bedrooms is shared between the three bedrooms, but can be closed off individually between the two toilets and shower. The home’s layout offers plenty of space to relax, starting with the main living room at the entrance and a comfortable sitting room just off to the side. A converted garage has been transformed into a second living room with a large TV, dry bar, and a full bathroom, perfect for lounging or game day celebrations. Both the living room near the entrance and the recreation room feature a pullout couch.

The fully finished basement provides even more fun, featuring a billiards table, wet bar, a bedroom, and a full bathroom, making it a great spot for both recreation and extra sleeping space.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive private backyard, complete with a patio, hot tub, grill, a bar shed, and an older fire pit tucked away at the back of the yard. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
